The law firm Easylaw has been operating in its current form since 2004. We provide qualified legal services and counseling in all areas of law in Slovakia. The clientele of the office consists of national and multinational companies operating in various areas of business, to which we provide legal services since their inception, business start-up, business activities, but also help them restructure, or ensure a smooth termination of their business. We provide the clientele, which consists of municipalities and cities, civic and interest organizations, with a complete legal service in all areas of their activities, we set up their processes to increase their efficiency, so they can easily achieve the set goals. By providing our legal services, we make life easier for individuals and other clients by solving their daily worries and thus relieving them of difficult problems in order to make their lives easier.

We provide extensive legal counseling, representation in court proceedings and other authorities proceedings as well as other law firm services. Our advantages are promptness, reliability and flexibility of providing high quality legal services.

Our office works closely with external partners when dealing with executors, notaries, experts in accounting and tax issues.

Our Team

JUDr. Michal Treščák 

  • In 1975, he graduated from the Faculty of Law at Pavol Jozef Šafárik University (UPJŠ) in Košice in 1978 was granted the law degree JUDr.
  • Between 1978 and 1988, he worked as an external employee at the Department of Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law at UPJŠ in Košice.
  • Between 1975 and 1984 he worked as an employee of organizational-legal department of the Regional people's committee in Košice.
  • In 1984 – 1991 he acted as the leader of the organizational-legal department of the Košice City's people's committee.
  • Since 1991 he has been active as a commercial lawyer, and since 2001 he has been engaged in the law practice. He specializes in commercial and property law, land law and administrative law.
  • Language skills: Russian – oral, actively

JUDr. Anita Krčová LL.M, MBA

  • In 1997, she graduated from the Faculty of Law at UPJŠ in Košice, and in 2000 was granted the law degree JUDr.
  • In 2002 – 2003, she studied at Eberhart-Karls-Universität in Tubingen, Germany, specializing in bankruptcy law where she was granted the LL.M. degree.
  • Between 2003 and 2005 she completed the Master of Business Administration studies at European School of Management in Berlin, Germany where she was granted the MBA degree.
  • In 2008 she completed the Administrative course and successfully passed the certification exams, and she is registered in the list of administrators kept by the Ministry of Justice. She is active as bankruptcy administrator.
  • From 1997 – 2000 she worked as a trainee solicitor.
  • Since 2001 she has been active as a commercial lawyer, and since January 1st 2004 she has been engaged in law practice. She specializes mainly in commercial, tax, bankruptcy and restructuring law.

JUDr. Michal Treščák jr.

  • In 2000 he graduated from the Faculty of Law at Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, and in 2003 he was granted the law degree JUDr.
  • From 2000 until 2003 he worked as a trainee solicitor.
  • Since January 1st 2004 he has been engaged in law practice. He specializes mainly in commercial law, labor law, land law, civil law, and constitutional law.

JUDr. Lukáš Michaľov, PhD.

  • In 2010 he graduated from the Faculty of Law at UPJŠ in Košice, and in December 2010 he was granted the law degree JUDr. and in 2016 he was granted the PhD. degree.
  • In 2012, he successfully passed the certification exams for bankruptcy and restructuring administrators.
  • Since November 1st 2013 he works as an assistant professor at the Department of Criminal Law of the Faculty of Law at UPJŠ in Košice.
  • Between 2010 and 2014 he worked as a trainee solicitor.
  • Since July 1st 2014 he has been engaged in law practice. He specializes in criminal law commercial law, company law, bankruptcy and restructuring law.

JUDr. Diana Treščáková, PhD.

  • In 2006 she graduated from the Faculty of Law at UPJŠ in Košice; in December 2006 she has been granted the law degree JUDr.
  • Between 2009 and 2011 she was a PhD. student at the Department of Commercial Law and Business Law of Faculty of Law at UPJŠ in Košice. In 2011 she was granted the PhD. degree in commercial law and financial law.
  • Since June 1st 2011 she has been working as assistant professor at the Department of Commercial Law and Business Law of the Faculty of Law at UPJŠ in Košice.
  • From 2006 – 2009 she worked as a trainee solicitor.
  • Since January 1st 2010 she has been engaged in law practice. She specializes in domestic and international commercial law, e-commerce and family law.

JUDr. Martina Vojteková

  • In 2014 she graduated from the Faculty of Law at UPJŠ in Košice.
  • Since July 1st 2014 she has been working as a trainee solicitor. She specializes in commercial law, civil law, and family law.

JUDr. Juraj Györfi

  • In 2013 he graduated from the Faculty of Law at UPJŠ in Košice and in 2015 he was granted the law degree JUDr.
  • Since May 12th 2014 he has been working as a trainee solicitor. He specializes in commercial law, civil law, and tax law.

JUDr. Tímea Čentíková

  • In 2015 she graduated from the Faculty of Law at UPJŠ in Košice.
  • Since July 1th 2015 she has been working as a trainee solicitor. She specializes in commercial law, civil law, and family law.

JUDr. Michaela Sangretová, PhD.

  • In 2016 she graduated from the Faculty of Law at UPJŠ in Košice and in 2018 she was granted the law degree JUDr.
  • In 2019 she was granted the PhD. degree.
  • Since 2017 she has been working as a trainee solicitor. She specializes in civil law, family law, labour law, commercial law, in procurement, in self-government and municipal law.

Mgr. Katarína Koromházová

  • In 2019 she graduated from the Faculty of Law at UPJŠ in Košice.
  • Since august 2019 she has been working as a trainee solicitor. She specializes in criminal law, civil law, family law, constitutional law.
